By accessing and using the SOLARIZE website or application, or by purchasing any of our products such as sunglasses, you are agreeing fully to all that is stated in this agreement and are bound by the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

This agreement is effective and binding as soon as you use or register on the platform, in accordance with the provisions of the Saudi Electronic Transactions Law.

Article 1 – Introduction and Definitions

The above preamble is an integral part of this agreement, and the terms contained therein shall be interpreted as follows:

• The store: This refers to the SOLARIZE online store in all its forms, whether it is a website or a smart application.
• Consumer: The person who buys products or benefits from services provided by the store through its online platform.
• Agreement: Terms and conditions of use that govern the relationship between the store and the consumer.

Article Two – Consumer Legal Capacity

• The consumer acknowledges that he has the legal capacity, according to Sharia and regulations, to deal with the store, or that he is at least 18 years old.
• In the event of a violation of this article, the consumer shall bear full responsibility and consequences resulting therefrom before third parties.

Article Three – Store Obligations

1. SOLARIZE store is committed to providing original, high-quality products that match the description displayed on the platform.
2. The store provides additional product-related services such as premium packaging, promotional offers, or after-sales services, depending on the nature of the order.

Article Four – Usage Guidelines

1. The consumer is obligated to use the platform in accordance with the regulations and public morals in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. It is prohibited to use any of the store's services for illegal purposes or in a way that harms the store, its customers, or its business reputation.

Article Five – Accounts and Registration

1. When registering with SOLARIZE, the consumer is obligated to provide accurate, up-to-date and complete data during registration.
2. The consumer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account data and password, and for immediately notifying the store of any unauthorized use.
3. The store has the right to suspend or cancel the account if it is proven that incorrect information was provided or if it violates the terms of use.

Article Six – Electronic Communications

1. The consumer agrees that communication with the store will be via email, platform notifications, or WhatsApp technical support.
2. All electronic correspondence, invoices, and notices constitute a legally valid and independent document.

Article Seven – Amendments and Fees

1. The store reserves the right to amend or update this agreement at any time, and it becomes effective immediately upon its publication on the platform.
2. Additional charges may apply for certain services (such as express shipping or special packaging) and will be announced before payment.
3. SOLARIZE reserves the right to modify prices or discontinue promotional offers without prior notice.

Article Eight – Payment and Settlement

1. The store offers multiple payment options including Mada, Visa, and cash on delivery, in accordance with the store's policy.
2. The consumer is responsible for entering correct payment method data.
3. The store issues an approved electronic invoice for each purchase order.

Article Nine – Intellectual Property

1. All intellectual property rights for trademarks, logos, designs, images and text content are reserved for the SOLARIZE store.

3. No content or materials from the site may be copied or used for any commercial purpose without prior written permission from SOLARIZE management.

Article Ten – Store Liability

1. The store is committed to providing genuine and guaranteed products that conform to specifications.
2. The store is not responsible for any damages resulting from consumer misuse of the products.
3. The store is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies or malfunctions beyond its control.

Article Eleven – Restriction of Access or Membership

• The store reserves the right to suspend or cancel a consumer's account or prevent them from using the platform in case of violation of the terms or misuse, without prior notice.

Article Twelve – Applicable Law

• This agreement is subject to the regulations and laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute shall be referred to the competent Saudi judiciary.

Article Thirteen – General Provisions

1. The Arabic language is the primary reference for interpreting and implementing this agreement.
2. All prices and offers are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Promotional offers are temporary and the store has the right to modify or discontinue them at any time.
4. Both parties commit to dealing in accordance with Sharia rules and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
